Over 16 weeks, participants strengthen reliability, accountability, professionalism, communication, and purpose through guided discussion, structured reflection, and real‑workplace mentoring.

The program is rooted in The Craftsman’s Code, a values‑based framework developed in industry and proven in real workplaces.

What the Employee Program Is

The Employee Program is a character‑centered workforce development experience designed for today’s employees and supervisors. It strengthens expectations around conduct, communication, effort, and responsibility while reinforcing pride in skilled work.

Rather than adding another training initiative, the program builds mentoring culture into daily work.

How It Works
