Our tiered partnership structure allows organizations to engage at the level that best fits their goals, capacity, and long-term vision.
Whether you are introducing students to the trades or strengthening mentorship inside your workforce, partnership with CWC means joining a growing network committed to dignity in work and passing down generational knowledge.
To launch the program, organizations enroll their participants based on group size. This step activates the program and includes printed materials for each student or employee.
How Pricing Works
Craftsman with Character has two parts to pricing:
An access level (Essential, Standard, or Full) that unlocks the platform, curriculum, and program resources
A per-participant program fee when you're ready to enroll students or employees
Participant enrollment is required for full program implementation and includes printed materials for each participant.
Per participant program fees:
1-25 participants: $250
26-50 participants: $200
51-75 participants: $150
76+ participants: $100

Select Your Access Level
This tier provides access to the core curriculum so organizations can review materials, plan, and prepare for program implementation. Full implementation is completed through participant enrollment.
Choose the partnership level that fits your team. You'll create a login and unlock access during checkout.
Includes expanded digital resources, training tools, and additional implementation support.
Provides live virtual training and deeper support to strengthen initial implementation and program launch.
Full Partnership Experience: Training & Support: Live virtual facilitator and mentor training is included with your initial partnership to support your program launch. For future cohorts, organizations can continue using the self-guided training resources included in the platform. Additional live training and support are available for an additional fee.
