Craftsman with Character® is not a one-size-fits-all program.
We are a workforce development platform designed to help schools, businesses, and communities strengthen responsibility, pride, and character in skilled work, from first exposure through lifelong careers.
Our tiered partnership structure allows organizations to engage at the level that best fits their goals, capacity, and long-term vision.

Our Partnership Tiers
Essential Partnership
For organizations ready to begin with the core curriculum
This tier provides the foundational Craftsman with Character® curriculum so communities can begin using the program independently.
Base License: Free
Per Participant: $250

✔️ Facilitator Guides (Printed + PDF)
Standard Partnership
For organizations building structured programs with trained facilitators
This tier supports consistent program delivery and facilitator preparation.
Base License: $1,500
Per Participant: $250
Includes everything in Essential, plus:
✔️ Digital Curriculum Platform (PPTs, lesson overviews, resources)
✔️ Self-guided mentor training (1.5 hours)
✔️ Self-guided facilitator training (8–10 hours)
✔️ Up to 2 live facilitator collaboration sessions
Full Partnership
For communities committed to building a strong mentoring culture and long-term workforce development
This tier supports communities implementing Craftsman with Character® as a long-term workforce development program.
Base License: $5,000
Per Participant: $250
Includes everything in Standard, plus:
✔️ Live mentor training (2 hours)
✔️ Live facilitator training (six 1-hour sessions)
✔️ Up to 10 facilitator collaboration sessions
✔️ Priority support and consulting (up to 10 hours)
