Craftsman with Character® is a workforce development platform designed to help schools, businesses, and communities strengthen responsibility, pride, and character in skilled work, from first exposure through lifelong careers.
Whether you are introducing students to the trades or strengthening mentorship inside your workforce, joining CWC means becoming part of a growing network committed to dignity in work and passing down generational knowledge.
Dave Hataj, the founder, and his family personally cover access to the Craftsman with Character resources. There is no cost to use the program — materials are free to access and use digitally. The only charge is optional: if you'd like printed copies of the Student Workbooks and Facilitator Guides, they are $15 each to cover printing and shipping. Curious how it all came to be free?
